Industrial
With the Industral Update of February 2023 a whole new system has been introduced that allows powerful automations in your base. Rustrician.io is a wonderful tool that can be used to prototype also industrial circuits.
Here are collected a couple of schematics that can solve common tasks. Screenshot are taken from Rustrician.io, for each circuit a link is provided that allows you to view it directly on the website and modify it if you want.
Automatic Sorting
With the Industral Update
of February 2023 you can create a system that sorts your loot for you,
those wonderful machines will do it for you!
This is a circuit
that allows to have a single box where you can drop all you looot and have the output sorted
in three different categories that you can configure using filters in the
Industrial conveyor.
If you need to have more output boxes here is there same
circuit with 6 outuputs
and anohter circuit with 9 outputs.
More than one box can be used as input, you just have to connect all the input boxes to an
Industrial Combiner and the connect
the output of the combiner to the input of the Industrial Splitter.
Automatic TC filling
Filling up each TC of your base periodically can be a very annoying task, especially if your
base consumes a lot of resources. Using industrial devices it can be done automatically in a
convenient way with this simple circuit.
It not necessary that all the resources needed for the TC are in the same box, usually
3 boxes are enought but even more can be added if needed.
Automatic Ore Smelting
Another important device introduced with the Industrial Update is the Electric Furnace.
It can cook ores without wood and does not pollutes the environment! It's rather slow compared to
regular furnaces but it's way more convenient.

with 3 furnaces that automatically smelts all the resources in a box
If you're short in time and need your smelted resources asps here is a
circuit
with 6 furnaces. If you're really in a hurry, here is a

with 9 furnaces!
Automatic Coal Production
Now that you have automated the smelting of ores you will shortly run out of coal to produce gun powder. It is better to create this small circuit that uses a regular furnace to create Coal, it's very simple and you'll never run out of coal
Automatic Crafting
There is nothing more boring than finding yourself without bullets or syringes. Those are maybe the most
consumed items in the game, there's always need of them and nobody wants to craft.
Fortunately enough you can create a setup that always keeps filled boxes with those resources.
Here is a circuit
for doing that.
Keep in mind to set reasonable numbers for the maximum quantity to be crafted, otherwise
you will soon run out of resources!
